Steven Morrison is a guest lecturer/tutor at the Metropolitan College and also carries out training for Edinburgh City Council's Security Department in various Security related courses. Steven is committed to quality, offering value for money training and meeting the needs and expectations of clients. We do not provide "off the shelf" packages, and because we can customise an existing programme it provides a cost effective solution for potential and existing clients. It also means that we can provide training at short notice. Training materials are produced in our own house style or those of the client.

Our fees are competitive because our overheads are low - we do not have expensive offices or training facilities to maintain and our consultants work from home on a sub contractual basis. This means that we can cut our costs and directly pass on large cost savings to your organisation/business. In a recession it is highly unfair to make a client pay for your training facilities, which a lot of our competitors already do.

Steven has developed a wealth of experience over the last 22 years which has been centred on working for companies at the forefront of the Security, Health & Safety, the licensed trade and the telecommunications industry.

Since commencing his career he has progressed through a variety of roles to senior executive management positions to firmly establish himself as an influential and highly respected, multi-skilled professional trainer, facilitator and mentor.

He is people focussed, and has a pragmatic approach to training, whether it be for the new entrant or the experienced manager.

Steven is an Associate Member of The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), Associate of Association of First Aid Providors (AOFA), and Associate of International Institute of Risk and Safety Management (IIRSM).

He is fully involved in the analysis, design, development, delivery, evaluation and assessment of a broad range of training programmes. His enthusiastic training style is backed by a broad knowledge of people management and soft skills training and has a wealth of experience gleaned from his years as an operations manager for national companies dealing with sales and security management to the licensed trade.

Steven focuses on identifying participants knowledge and working with them to develop and expand towards the levels they need. He works hard to generate ideas and enthusiasm within the group to create a 'dynamic learning event' rather than just another 'training course'.
